Sally was to be the Chair of the Regional Real Ale in a Bottle tasting panel at the Kidderminster Beer and Cider Festival this May. When the Royal Wedding date was announced and it coincided with the festival, Sally observed that the last time there was a major Royal Wedding it coincided with a Regional CAMRA Mild in May tour. It was the best attended in years! As a result of that conversation the Kidderminster festival has, as it's strap line, Wedding Free Zone. Her influence lives on!
