Sally unexpectedly suffered a major stroke while in Birmingham. Though the wonderful staff at City Hospital Critical Care Unit did their best, Sally passed away peacefully a few days later. The family ask that rather than sending flowers to the service, Sally's friends and colleagues from across the country consider using this page to donate to the Stroke Association to help change the lives of stroke survivors through vital services and life-saving research.
